NWN accepts submissions on a regular basis on a wide-range of topics pertaining to wetlands policy, regulation, science, and management. Complete manuscripts of full-length articles should be submitted two months in advance of the desired publication date and notice about submitting an article should be given as early as possible. Submissions should be sent via e-mail and attached as a Microsoft Word document.
Articles are capped at 2,500 words (excluding citations). Citations should be included as references or endnotes. NWN uses A Uniform System of Citation (the Bluebook) for citations. Submissions do NOT need to be formatted for Bluebook to be considered.
As a publication of the Environmental Law Institute, the Newsletter follows the style guide established by the Environmental Law Reporter.
